What a bulk submission really costs per card
Outbound shipping, return shipping, insurance and protection belong to the same submission. Sharing them out shows what each card really has to absorb.

Method and limitations
Grading cost = number of cards × fee per card. Shared costs = outbound + return + insurance + protection + other fees. Total cost = grading + shared costs.
The shared cost per card and the all-in cost per card divide these totals by the number of cards, then round up to the next cent. The batch total stays the exact sum of the amounts entered.
The calculator provides no price list, grade, value, recommended insurance or turnaround time. Check the invoice, the shipping terms and the cover limits of the grading company. A raw card and a graded card remain two separate markets.
Decide which cards are worth the cost
Record each exact card before you ship it
Pepita identifies the set, number, language and variant, then keeps its price in euros. Your batch stays traceable card by card. The app is available in English and French.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to grade a Pokémon card?
The grading fee is only part of it. Shipping to the grader, return shipping, insurance and protective supplies are paid once per batch and shared across every card. Enter your grader’s current fee and these costs to see the full price per card.
Does the calculator know grading companies’ prices?
No. You copy the price shown by your grading company, such as PSA, CGC or Beckett. The calculation stays valid when their prices change.
Why is the cost per card rounded up to the next cent?
A division can produce a fraction of a cent. Rounding up avoids announcing a budget below the total you entered.
What goes in other fees?
Add only a known cost that is not counted elsewhere: a submission service, currency conversion or an add-on option. Do not count postage or insurance twice.
Does the result tell me which cards to grade?
No. It splits the budget of one submission. Value, condition and the likely grade must be weighed card by card.
