Estimate the weight of all your cards from one weigh-in

Weigh a sample, enter the size of the lot and your packaging. You get the weight to prepare and the minimum number of parcels. Free, no account.

Weigh a sample, prepare the whole lot

Count only the cards in your sample.

Subtract the weight of the container.

Your total quantity, duplicates included.

Actual weight of sleeves, boxes and padding.

Read it on the postage service you chose.

Weigh a few cards together. The result scales up their weight and adds your packaging, without assuming what one card weighs.

Calculated on your device from your own weighing. No standard card weight, postage price or carrier rule is added.

What adds weight to a card parcel

Counting the cards is not enough: sleeves, toploaders, boxes and padding all add weight. A representative weigh-in gives you a figure you can check before you seal the parcel.

Method, source and limitations

Card weight = sample weight ÷ cards weighed × cards in the lot

Packed weight = card weight + packaging

Parcels = packed weight ÷ limit per parcel, rounded up

The only source is your own measurement, taken when you calculate. Weigh again after any change of sleeves, boxes or padding. Your scale and the limit published by your carrier remain the references.

The estimate assumes the sample represents the lot. It does not decide the postage price, the accepted size or insurance. Weigh the sealed parcel before you buy the label.

What the result includes

The estimated packed weight in grams, the minimum number of parcels at the limit you entered, the weight of the cards alone, the measured average per card in milligrams, and the headroom left across all parcels.

Sample size runs from 1 to 10,000 cards and lot size from 1 to 100,000. A shareable link keeps the scenario in the address so you can come back to it.

Frequently asked questions

How much do 1,000 Pokémon cards weigh?

Weigh your own sample rather than trusting a fixed figure: sleeves, languages, finishes and card stock all change it. Weigh 100 cards, enter 1,000 as the lot size and the calculator scales your measurement up exactly.

Does the calculator know what one Pokémon card weighs?

No. It calculates the average weight of your own sample, so the result stays right for the sleeves, languages and finishes you actually weighed.

How many cards should I weigh?

Weigh a group large enough for your scale to show a stable reading. Mix protections and card types in the same proportions as the lot.

Does the number of parcels give me a postage price?

No. You enter the weight limit of the service you chose. The carrier confirms the price, the size limits, insurance and what may be sent.

Why add the packaging separately?

The box, padding and protections can push a parcel over a limit. Weighing them on their own stops them being confused with the weight of the cards.
