Default basis: PSA Regular, US$79.99 converted using the ECB rate on 24 July 2026, plus €35.19 outbound shipping split across ten cards. Return shipping, insurance, graded prices and grade chances are your assumptions.
Method and limitations
For each grade, net proceeds equal sale price minus selling fees. Expected graded net is the probability-weighted total minus grading and outbound shipping. Expected gain compares that result with selling raw after the same fee rate.
Do not mix grading companies. Changing the company changes the scenario label; replace every price with completed sales under that label. This is a decision aid, not a prediction of grade, timing, liquidity or future value.
Frequently asked questions
Which grade makes grading profitable?
It depends on the raw value, completed-sale prices for each grade, grading and shipping costs, and selling fees. The calculator finds the lowest entered grade that covers them.
Does this predict my grade or sale price?
No. It calculates only the assumptions you enter. Inspect centering, corners, edges and surface, and compare completed sales for the same card, language and grading company.
Why must I enter graded prices?
A comparable price must match the card, language, grading company and grade. A generic multiplier can create false profit.
